Refund and Returns Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES

All products available for purchase on 3D Femdom Art (operated by Sigma Website) are digital downloads. Since these products are intangible and delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

By making a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Once a download link has been provided, accessed, or sent to the customer, the transaction is considered complete.
• We do not offer refunds for “accidental purchases,” “change of mind,” or if your device does not support the file format (which is clearly stated in the product description).

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience any technical difficulties with your download (e.g., corrupted file, broken link), we are committed to helping you. Please contact our support team at contact@3dfemdom.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide a replacement link or a functional version of the file as soon as possible.

4. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

In the rare event that you accidentally purchase the same digital item twice in the same transaction, please contact us with your Transaction ID. We will review the case and may issue a credit or refund for the duplicate charge at our sole discretion.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We encourage all customers to contact our support team before initiating a dispute with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the permanent banning of the user’s account and IP address from our platform and potentially other sites network.
